Private Classes

for if you would like a few yoga sessions to start the day afresh whilst on holiday; a one off restorative tonic or a regular class.  Classes may be in your own house or outside in the sunshine; maybe watching the sunrise or the sunset.  The class will be tailored to your own requirements.

• Mats and props are provided, however it can be useful for you to bring your own large towel.
• If space is limited or weather unfavourable, a hall could be rented.
• If you are outside the Glaven valley, travel time maybe charged.

 £50 for an hour's practice, allowing 1 hour 20 minutes between arrival and departure.  There is no rush...
